Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak times (such as product launches or promotions), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.  All orders ship from Florida.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently offer:

• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – $4.95 flat rate

• Free Economy Shipping (3–7 business days) – on U.S. orders over $50

Delivery estimates are from the date of shipment, not the order date.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship via USPS and UPS, depending on your location and package size. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to check delivery status at any time.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Armor & Ash is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We will assist where possible to help resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced unless returned to us in resellable condition.
