Armor & Ash Returns & Refunds Policy
At Armor & Ash, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Returns
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, click here to access our Returns Portal or email us at support@armorandash.com with your order number.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if it has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order shipped free, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, please use the Returns Portal or email support@armorandash.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
